The AthLife Foundation, Inc is building an ecosystem that backs Academic Athletic Coaches, supplies them with funding, structure, training, and community, empowering them to develop students on and off the field.

At the 3ACE National Conference, we sat down with one of Baltimore’s own—Coach Jewel Clark ,Academic Athletic Coach at Dunbar High School,to explore the “why” behind her work.

When asked,
“What was the driving force for you to become an academic athletic coach?”
Coach Clark didn’t hesitate.
